The Certified Quality Reader (CQR) v3.0 objectively and instantly measures food quality, freshness, fat and water indexes using electricity.

The Certified Quality Reader (CQR) sends a weak electrical currents through the fish or the animal product to measure the impedance of the electrical current as it passes through and around the cells. Measuring this resistance and reactance is how the CQR scientifically and objectively determines the health, quality, and body composition.

The measured results can be shown online to be easily read by the team for analysis.
